Audit Details Report to Provide Second-Level Granularity 26.04 Oracle EPM Update

Hello, we did an impact analysis for EPBCS and FCCS for the Audit details report and as stated on the document, we should be seeing "seconds" on the report. But we the report only shows hrs:mm.
Example:

Start Time:3/6/26 7:20 AM,End Time:3/6/26 7:20 AM,Status:Completed
