Auto assignment of Inventory Org to item based on DFF or EFF

Summary:

We have created a Item Assignment rule set to auto-assign items to inventory orgs on save, however business wants to restrict this auto-assignment based on DFF/EFF attribute. Is there a way to achieve this through the expression?
