I have looked through the 26B Release Notes and the Securing Reference for HCM 26B, and while I see this new duty in the guide, I can't find where in the release notes this is explained. We have custom employee roles, so I would like to understand what this duty actually does and if it's something I need to consider adding to one of our custom employee roles.
