Absence records are not deducted from the plan balance Fusion HCM
One of the employees was able to apply for leave even though their current balance was zero.
Below is the current configuration setup:
- Negative balance: Disabled at Plan Level
- Insufficient balance enforcement: Enabled At Type Level
- Projected balance: Enabled
As per standard system behavior, even if the employee is allowed to apply for leave based on projected balance, once the accrual is processed, the system should adjust/deduct the taken leave from the accrued balance.
However, in our case:
- We have run the Evaluate Absence and Accrual Balances process successfully.
- Despite this, the leave balance is still not getting deducted/adjusted
