Shipments Forecast is not getting generated in Replenishment planning for items that have history

Summary:

Over 2,000 items that have history within the last 6 months are not getting forecasted. They were forecasting the previous week. This is affecting the ADD and policies are not getting calculated. Using the default shipments forecast. The last date history was load on was Jan 21st.

No profile options or plan options were changed/adjusted. Why could this have happened?
