Effective access across dimensions

Hi,

Knowing this seems to be a stupid question. For example, when we have two dimensions with security enabled: Account, Department.

If security on Account-ABC is WRITE, security on Department-123 is READ. With the intersection of Account-ABC and Department-123, what's the effective access, READ or WRITE?

As we don't have a environment to test this and cannot find such information in Oracle documentation, would appreciate if anyone can provide a quick answer. Thanks,
