OGL Message Guide – Handling Optional Sections (Visa & Permits) Based on Nationality

“I have created an OGL Message Guide on the Personal Details page to show a pop-up when required sections like Citizenship, Passports, Visa, and Permits are not present using step conditions (Page has visible element). However, Visa and Permits are optional for Emirati users and are not displayed when Citizenship is Emirati, but the pop-up still triggers because OGL detects those elements as missing. How can I configure the conditions to exclude Visa and Permits for Emirati users or apply logic based on nationality so the message only triggers correctly for applicable users?”
