We are currently exploring the advanced capabilities of Oracle HCM AI Agents to improve our employee self-service experience. Instead of having employees interact with multiple standalone conversational agents, we want to architect a "Unified Master AI Agent Team."
In this desired architecture, the employee interacts with a single unified Master Agent. This Master Agent acts as a supervisor/router and dynamically delegates the task to the appropriate specialized sub-agent (e.g., a Payroll Agent for salary queries, Manager Concierge, Employee Concierge, an Onboarding Agent for new hire tasks, etc.).
