Unable to create report using Workforce Management - Assignment Action Occurrence Real Time

We have a custom role mapped to the Human Resource Specialist role, with a new requirement to grant access for creating reports using the Workforce Management – Assignment Action Occurrence Real Time subject area.
Although the custom role already includes the Workforce Transaction Analysis Duty, users are still unable to create reports using this subject area. In contrast, the same role successfully allows report creation using the Workforce Management – Assignment Worker Real Time subject area.
Could you please clarify the reason for this discrepancy and identify any additional roles or privileges required?
