Issue Description:
A custom criteria has been configured in the Person Security Profile for the Onshore Compensation data role in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. However, the results are not aligning with the expected behavior.
Expected Behavior:
Users with the Onshore Compensation role should:
Access only assignments within the onshore legal entity
After a global transfer, continue to see the historical (inactive) onshore assignment
Not have visibility of the active offshore assignment
Current Behavior:
For employees who have undergone a global transfer:
The user can see:
Inactive onshore assignment (as expected)
Active offshore assignment (not expected)
