Is there a detailed documentation / videos on Fusion CX Service AI Agents?

Summary:

I have been working on deploying Fusion CX Service AI Agents on of our demo 26B environments using SmartActions. I have realized that a detailed understanding on what each of these agents do is needed via some formal documentation. I have tried to look through it on Oracle docs, Community and Support, but have not been able to find any.

Has anyone come across any such document where there is a detailed explanation on each of the Fusion CX Service AI Agents? Would be very helpful.
