is not able to read the email in the configured email account and create PO receipt

Have configured the AI agent for receipt creation assistant - Create Receipt Through email along with the required email account configuration. The email is being submitted to the valid email account with all valid PO receiving details. However the agent is not reading email. Its reaching to email account but not able to read the email and process it. The email remains in unread status and the log file suggests the error as below:
