not able to run collections and extract data from ebs

in Supply Chain Planning and Collaboration

Summary:

Hi,
i am trying to run standard collections in advance planning administrator responsibility in oracle EBS and then to extract data from it using request named"Extract data for oracle supply chain planning".
issues:
 i.when i run standard collections it gives me an error stating that "Staging data is not collected. please submit the request - planning ODS Load."
But planning ODS Load is part of standard collection request and it should not give me this error.
2. If i run Planning ODS Load standalone request there are still errors coming in this request in programs planning ODS load worker.
