AI AGENT - Employment Information Agent Fails When Contract Details Are Included

The Employment Information agent fail to return employment information when a search includes both employment information details and employment contract details.

In our case, the customer is not using Employment Contracts. When users search for employment details along with contract-related information, the expected behavior would be for the agent to either:

• indicate that Employment Contracts are not enabled/used, and
• still return the available employment information details.

Instead, the agent responds with “agent unavailable,” which is misleading because employment information retrieval works correctly when queried independently.
