Removed Support for Proxy User Entry Breaks Non-Admin Pipeline Execution – What is the Alternative?

With the 26.05 update, Oracle has removed the ability to specify a different username in the Proxy User field on the Data Integration Pipeline Details page. The system now defaults to and locks the Proxy User field to the logged-in username. You can no longer enter a different service administrator username as the proxy user.

"Removed Support for Entry of User Who is Not the Logged-in User as Proxy User — On the Data Integration Pipeline Details page, the system now defaults to the logged-in username in the Proxy User field. You cannot enter a different username as a proxy user. Previously, you could specify any username in the Proxy User field and the system prompted for the password if it was not the logged-in username."
