Create Filtered lists for learning assignments
Summary:
I'm having trouble finding how learning specialists can create and manage filtered lists. In structure, there is a quick action under My Client Groups > Learning for Filtered Lists but I couldn't get it to display even after adding HRC_MANAGE_HCM_LISTS_PRIV, HRC_MANAGE_HCM_SYSTEM_LISTS_PRI, and WLF_SELECT_LEARNING_AUDIENCE_BY_FILTERED_LIST_PRIV to the role. I also saw some people mention seeing Filtered Lists in the My Client Groups > Learning area yet I don't see that either.
The only way I could get it to work was to add Integration Specialist role to my account, then I saw the quick action under Data Exchange and was able to create a filtered list for learning. We're using the seeded Learning Specialist view all role on 26B and redwood enabled on as much as we can on the learning admin side.
