Ability to default self paced learning certificates

Summary:

Currently we can default the certificate for either Course or Specialization as seen below but there is apparently no option to default a certificate for self paced learning which is a third, new certificate. Once a self paced learning is created, I can go to the rules tab and add it manually but this is very cumbersome for every new self paced learning:

Each self paced learning must be manually configured to use a certificate:
