Redwood UI – View Extracts Page Performance Issue (Very Slow Load Times)

We’ve recently been testing the Redwood version of the View Extracts page and are experiencing significant performance issues.

  • The page is taking approximately 3–4 minutes to load
  • This occurs consistently across environments (e.g. Test)
  • The delay happens on initial load before any user interaction or filtering

Questions:

  1. Are others experiencing similar performance issues with the Redwood View Extracts page?
  2. Is this expected behaviour due to additional data processing or UI changes in Redwood?
  3. Are there any recommended configurations, patches, or profile options to improve load time?
  4. Has Oracle acknowledged this as a known issue or performance limitation?

This performance impact is affecting usability and would make the Redwood page difficult to adopt in its current state.
