New Chat attachment reader tool in workflow casuing error ":inappropriate content detected !!!"
Summary:
The newly introduced Chat Attachment Reader tool in the workflow is intermittently triggering an “inappropriate content detected” error during execution.
From the logs, the tool is successfully receiving the conversationId and attempting to process the attachment content; however, the response payload contains large encoded/binary attachment data (FILECONTENT) which appears to be getting flagged by the moderation/content validation layer.
I have used PDF file .
This issue is impacting the attachment parsing flow and preventing downstream workflow execution.
