The business team has specific requirement on HCM Approval Delegations:
- Automate the creation of delegation rule when the employee is going on leave
- Automate deleting the delegation if the absence/leave is cancelled or withdrawn
- Automate changing of the delegation dates if leave is rescheduled
- There should only one rule created for delegating all approvals weather its absence, core hr, compensation etc.
- Some senior executives will be delegating approvals to two different people based on multiple entities that the executives manage
We understand that the standard APIs are available for creating the delegation but not for deleting or changing the dates of the delegation rule. Also, standard screens requires multiple rules to be created for multiple processes like absence, compensation etc based LOV available on the delegation screen.
