Configure VBS in Fusion PROD environment

Summary:

We followed the steps provided in the referenced document (3011219.1) and attempted to create the Production Environment Service Instance using the Production Visual Builder URL and credentials. However, the configuration is failing due to invalid credentials.

We are not sure whether we are using the correct credentials at the OIC level. Could you please guide us on how to identify the correct username and password for this configuration?
