unable to Delete Learning Record from "Request Rejected" status via HDL

Summary:

Hello,

We are attempting to delete Learning Records that are currently in "Request Rejected" status using HDL for Non-Catalog Learning Records. 

However, we are encountering the following error:

"LearningRecord status cannot be updated from ORA_ASSN_REC_REQ_REJECTED to ORA_ASSN_REC_DELETED for LearningItemType ORA_NON_CATALOG."

We have reviewed the Oracle documentation below, which indicates that this status transition is not supported:

As per the documentation, updating the status from Request Rejected to Deleted is not allowed.

Concern:

We have a large volume of such records, and manual intervention is not feasible. This creates a significant operational challenge.
