Which API can be used for Project Transfer Transaction

We are unable to perform the Project Transfer through API, can you please suggest an API which can be used to transfer the material from one project task to another project task

We tried using below API but facing the challenges as requires fields are missing in API.

1.
/fscmRestApi/resources/<version>/inventoryAttributeTransactionRequests
– This API supports Create Project Transfer and allows passing Project and Task information, but it does not have Subinventory Field and it doesn't support Lot and Serial number processing.

2.

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/inventoryStagedTransactions
– This API have subinventory field and supports Lot and Serial numbers, but it does not expose Destination Project Number and Destination Task fields
