Alternative to #{header["host"]} in Structure

Summary: With the retirement of EL Expressions in Structure, it would appear that #{header["host"]} is no longer supported. This was a method in the Structure module for which we could put URLs to in-application pages that were dynamic and could properly route after doing a P2T.

Is there an alternative now, or is this a loss in functionality?
