Is there a process for new business units to be automatically inherited by open purchase agreements?

Summary:

We are interested to know if there is an available setting/configuration that would allow new business units which are set up for procurement to be automatically added to open purchase agreements. Currently we are relying on manual intervention to add new business units as they are created and at this time the FBDI import would not be more time efficient. An automated process would be preferred.
