Cycle Count against reserved inventory

Hello,

In short, my question on how to cycle count inventory that has reservations.

I have QTY 100 in inventory, I create a sequence, 80 is reserved. If I count inventory 75, Oracle is not let me approve saying negative inventory not allowed.

100 - 80 = 20 quantity available to tranact

Counting 75 is going to try -25, hence the error.

In the Inventory Organization Parameters, we have the flag that I was under the impression that this would allow the -25.

Allow negative on-hand transactions	Indicate whether to allow negative on-hand transactions. This parameter determines whether negative on-hand transactions are permitted during cycle counting.
