My Receipt (New): Help Text Not Displayed for DFF

◆What we want to do:
Display Instruction Help Text below the DFF field in: Receipt New > Receive with Details

◆Issue:
The Help Text is not displayed for the “Fixed Asset In-Service Date” field even though VBS "Validation" setup is configured correctly.*
*The same configuration works for other DFF fields.

◆Request:
Please advise the appropriate configuration method to achieve the expected behavior.
