AI Agent Studio: Can configuring agents and monitoring agents be given as separate permissions?

We have a Knowledge team who are responsible for the distribution and accuracy of knowledge. With AI Agent Studio, it's easy to argue that this quality ownership would also cover the responses that AI Agents give.

We wouldn't see them though as responsible for the updating and creating the AI Agents themselves.

Is it possible to separate permissions so that they're self-sufficient in being able to monitor the outputs of these AI Agents, without also giving them the ability to configure the AI Agents?
