We are managing a data security conflict for a custom, scaled-down HR Specialist role ("HR Liaison"). This role is designed to manage transactional assignments (changes, transfers, promotions) exclusively within their specific department. We have correctly assigned this custom data role an Area of Responsibility (AOR)-based Position Security Profile. This profile is intended to dynamicallly restrict the user's view of positions to those defined by their AOR department.

The Conflict: These HR Liaisons are also active employees and must retain the standard Employee role. To ensure they can use the Employee Directory and navigate the system without issue, their Employee role is linked to "View All Positions" and "View All Organizations" security profiles.
