Not able to Select Cancel Unfulfilled Demand as 'Yes' for Rejected PO Cancellation

Summary:
Hello,

I am unable to select Cancel Unfulfilled demand as 'Yes' while canceling the Rejected PO  from header level. Currently It is showing value 'No' as defaulted.

Any Suggestion/Callouts, how it can be achieved?

Note: We tried with the setup of all Options For Cancel Unfulfilled demand with 'Always, Optional & Never'. Results are same in all.
