Summary: Not being prompted with the sign-in screen when connecting to Planning

Normally, after entering a Planning URL in a browser the sign-in screen with the oracle id/pw or SSO options are shown. Instead, I am being directly logged into the app via SSO. How do change this behavior back to being prompted for the sign-in screen?

I have restarted the VDI I'm using to access the environment and also cleared all history in the browser with no success.
