EIT Fields have disappeared after refreshing the application on redwood Additional Person Info Page

For pending worker on Additional Person Info page list of values under info group are not loading the LOV is blank. They appear intermittently and disappear if the user clicks on page refresh. They have done this configuration for different countries and they are not working for any of them.

They disappear even if a pending worker go from Addition person info.

Some times it doesn't come it not consistent.

But for Employee its working fine
