Manager concierge - You don't have any direct collaborator

Hello,

We have launched a pilot for the Manager Concierge Agent and we have noticed an inconsistent behaviors. For some managers when they are trying to ask a questions on their team it says "You don't have any direct collaborator" while for other it's working.

Any idea on how to solve this issue?Also is there a way to use the debug mode to check the result for another user than ourself?
