Ledger Agent shows "No Results Found" when fetching Account within prompt.

I've setup Ledger Agent according to this page

Ledger Agent for Agentic AI-Powered General Ledger Experience

I've assigned data access to the custom role I've created.

However, when inputting one of the sample prompts, when I click in "Account" and start typing, it does not autocomplete it. Instead, it says "No Results Found"

Also, if I ignore the fact that it is not automatically populating the fields in the seeded prompts, when i input a custom prompt, i get the error "The feature is disabled for this site profile."


Any ideas on what I might be missing?
