How to edit the 26B HCM new Learning Recommendation Category Drop down List?

In the 26B Release for HCM, Learning received an enhancement on the recommend page. this is dropdown menu is called Recommendation Category that it has 18 options in the dropdown list. I cannot find this enhancement in the 26B release notes for oracle fusion Learning, and we are needing to edit this list. does anyone know how we can edit this list or what this list is used for?
