National identifier on duplicate record check
Summary:
Hi,
We have two National Identifier types configured for India: Aadhaar and PAN.
During the hiring process, HR users can hire an employee with:
- PAN only
- Aadhaar only
- Both PAN and Aadhaar
In this scenario, how can we configure duplicate person check functionality for Indian employees in Oracle Fusion HCM?
For example:
- If an employee already exists with PAN, the system should identify duplicates based on PAN.
- If an employee exists with Aadhaar, the system should identify duplicates based on Aadhaar.
Has anyone implemented a similar setup, or could you please suggest the recommended approach/best practice?
