Unable to load Currency, service level, mode of transport from EBS into Supply chain planning

Summary:


The Error we are getting is:   The value provided for the LANGUAGE_CODE attribute isn't an installed language.  

In Manage languages task we see languages are not active. How can we achieve this or any other way to solve this issue?
