26B Receiving Approval WF does not work

Summary:

26B Receiving Approval WF does not work.

Nothing happen even though I setup the Self-service Receiving Receipt task.

System shows not "Submit for approval" button but shows "Submit" button when creating a Self-service receiving transaction.

And system completes Self-service receiving transaction without sending receiving approval request notification.

What am I missing?

Is it mandatory to use the RUI version of the transaction console page to use this feature?

How can we switch from the classic version of the transaction console page to the RUI version one?
