OLC - How to auto populate pre-configured certificate for completion certificate in Self-Paced Learn

We wanted to auto populate pre-configured certificate for completion certificate in Self-Paced Learning.

When we create and activate Self paced learning, Under "Rules> Post-completion> For Provide completion certificate", When we enable the check box the filed value should be auto populated with pre-configured certificate template.

Business scenario: If admin misses to add this certificate every time when they create Self-Paced Learning then there will no certificate for learner who completes the Self-Paced Learning training. So it will be an issue for them to provide certificate for learners.
