OLC - How to change the default value for fields under Rules tab of Self-Paced Learning

We wanted to change and set some default value for some fields under Rules tab of Self-Paced Learning.

When we create and activate Self paced learning, Under Rules tab > We have lot of fields in that for few fields we need to change and set some default values like for field "Can mark enrollments as complete" automatically it shows as "Yes", but we wanted to change it to show as "No".

Previously for Courses we used to do it via "Configure Catalog Defaults" Same way how can we do it for Self-Paced Learning
