learningObservationChecklistApproval Transaction is not visible in transaction console summary

We have configured learning observation checklists. Although the checklists are getting triggered, we are unable to see the transaction in transaction console summary to track whom the checklist was assigned.

Looking for any solution or something we have to configure so that they will be displayed in transaction console summary.
