We want to stop the employee from accumulating more hours once a limit is reached in ceiling ff

We tried using a Global absence entry validation ff, however it prevents the employee from taking an absence, after the limit is reached ( which we cannot allow as the employee should be allowed to take his absence if he has any accumulated hours ). Without this, once the employee takes an absence, system deducts those hours from the compensatory balance and allows the employee to accumulate again.
