26B:Create Accounting for Cost Management is repeatedly going into retrying status

It was identified during regression testing for 26B that “Create Accounting for Cost Management” was in retrying status, and the subprocess was in error. We raised an Oracle SR, and Oracle provided the below action plan, which resolved the issue. The same needs to be applied in Production until a permanent fix is provided by Oracle. It appears that the same issue exists for Create Accounting for Receipt Accounting as well, the same steps can be applied in case if you are facing it for receipt accounting.
