Error when selecting specific company member in form

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with a form where selecting a certain company (Entity) member causes an error. The system message asks me to run “Refresh Database,” but the issue still remains even after doing that multiple times.

What I already tried :

• Deleted the affected member from the outline
• Ran “Refresh Database”
• Added the member back again
• Ran “Refresh Database” once more
• Created a completely new form from scratch
• Disable Valid intersections

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue.

What’s strange is:

• The problem seems to happen in some forms only
• The same member works in other forms
