Using date attribute, a notification should be triggered upon clicking on submit

Summary:

Requirement: Based on the value of a date attribute, a notification should be triggered to a set of users upon clicking the Submit action.

 

Setup: Configured Step Transition Rules - Define Email Notifications

 

Scenario: Since the conditional configuration was not working, we temporarily shifted to a basic setup using an Always True condition along with Simple Sender & Simple Recipient email addresses and an Email Designer Template.

However, even with simplified setup, the email notification is still not being triggered.
