After 26B following the Oracle Documents to implement Neonatal Care plan , when trying to submit absence the following error comes —

An error has occurred. (ANC-3405194)
Contact your absence administrator with the following details: Module AbsenceEvalLocInterface, Method invokeLocalizationHook and Error Exception on invoking invokeLocalizationHook().
Cannot invoke "oracle.apps.hcm.rates.cache.RateDefinition.getRateDefName()" because "rateDef" is null.

Did anyone face this issue and how did you solve it please let me know, I am using a placeholder rate definition as suggested by Oracle, followed the steps mentioned here
