Object Storage to EDM (Inbound) with EDM only license

Summary:

Could we use Object Storage for Inbound data loads to EDM with EDM only license?

We are aware that we can leverage other Web service connection provider, Pipelines from PLN based app types for to and fro integration from object storage (REST APIs & Automate). We are also aware that we can have a global connection (UI) with EDM only license to move data to Object Storage and this may work for Outbound alone but whereas we intend to check if somehow, we can use for Inbound.
