How to setup correlation policy for Single Sign On?

How to setup correlation policy that handles user attributes like user.mail and user.userPrincipalName for all users.

After our Oracle HCM cloud identity security upgrade in April, we are facing an issue because the correlation policy with Azure does not handle this. Please advise how this can be setup or whether Oracle is supposed to set it up and send it to us.
