Leave and Absence Analyst (My Team) is currently designed for line managers, allowing them to view PTO balances for their direct reports.
My question is:
Can the same agent be extended for Admin users, enabling them to check PTO balances or handle other inquiries for any employee? If so, what modifications would be required in this agent to support this functionality?
