Application Properties Option for FCC Clone Environment

Summary:

Is there any option to enable Application Properties for FCC Cloning? Or is there a current workaround? When using Task Manager, the Email Notifications settings are automatically carried into the target environment. We want the option to have the target environment keep its current application settings after the clone. Users in the target environment will receive unwanted email notifications with the current setup unless we manually turn this off after each clone to the test environment.
